Frequently Asked Questions

I offer minimum 1.5-hour sessions to get the best out of your session.

Sessions are $93.63 per session. You will need to cover the cost of your gym membership in most situations and will encourage either a casual pass or an annual membership for those wishing to have regularly weekly sessions. In some cases, NDIS may cover these costs, but I suggest speaking with your NDIS representative or Support Coordinator first. If sessions are at home or outside of the gym, equipment will be provided.

If you have specific support needs, I may require you to bring your support person. I will do a risk assessment initially and together work out how best to support you during your session. For example, if you have challenges in regulating your emotions, I will ask that you bring someone to assist with this, so I get the best out of your sessions until I get to know you better.

Unfortunately, I am not a registered provider, however yes you can access        funding from your NDIS plan, but it will need to be either self-managed or plan-managed and can be claimed from either CORE - Assistance with social, economic and community participation or CAPACITY BUILDING - Improved Health and Wellbeing. You can contact NDIS and request that your budget is managed this way.
